What is the cost to secure the venue?
The cost to secure the wedding venue is $0 on Sunday through Thursday and $1,500 on weekends. Once you book the venue the fee is non-refundable. If you pay by credit card, there is a 3% processing fee. To secure the venue, you must agree to book at least 12 rooms.
What is the nightly rate for the DIY Destination Wedding lodging providers?
Nightly rates range between $129 to $139 on Sunday to Thursday for two adults. Weekend rates on Friday and Saturday range from $179 to $259 for two adults. A two-night minimum accommodation stay is required. Select holidays require a minimum three-night stay
How do I block the rooms for my guests?
You can block rooms for your guests with a $250.00 deposit per room when one property is booked. When both properties are booked, there is a $140.00 per room deposit to block the rooms. The room deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you 40 days before your stay. The block ensures the rooms are set aside in your name until your guests pay for the rooms. Any rooms not booked by the time your deposit is returned are released from the block and made available to the general public. It is very important for your guests to book and pay for their rooms before your deposit is released. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a room will be available for them.
Is there a minimum number of nights required for our stay?
There is a two-night minimum stay requirement. On select holidays, a three-night minimum rental is required. A one-night stay is impossible to accommodate since it does not allow sufficient time for set-up, ceremony, after party, tear down, and clean up.
Do you have a list of vendors you can provide?
Yes. After you book your venue, we can provide you with a list of vendors in the area that can help you with your DIY wedding plans. Unlike other venues, we do not require you to use our vendors.
Is there a cleaning fee for the event area?
No. We do not charge a cleaning fee as long you leave the event area in the condition you found it.
What is the maximum number of friends and family that the event area can handle?
The event area can handle 75 guests that stay overnight at the lodging providers. Because parking is limited, guests that are not staying overnight are not allowed.
